Transcendental Meditation (TM) is an effortless, natural and easy mental technique that:

TM has been proven to help people dealing with Stress, Anxiety, PTSD, Insomnia, ADD/ADHD, Depression, Relationship issues and more.
It is practiced by ALL PEOPLE: children, high school and college students, parents, couples, professionals such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists, teachers, business owners, managers & supervisors, etc, Veterans and Active Duty Military, famous people (The BEATLES, Ellen Degeneres, Oprah, Clint Eastwood, Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Hugh Jackman, Cameron Diaz, to name a few), people of all faiths, background, race and gender. TM works! It does not matter who you are or what you’re dealing with.
This course takes place over 4 consecutive days. Day 1 (Saturday) is your personal 1-on-1 instruction, scheduled during one of our teaching slots for 1hr15min. Days 2-4 (Sunday – Tuesday) are the group sessions. Sunday we meet from 11-1pm; Monday and Tuesday we meet from 6-8pm.
